Chocolate made in small batches.

Chocolate comes from cacao, an agricultural product. Its flavor is driven from where it is grown, the weather, the soil, even the farmer and how they ferment the beans. That is why each region of the world that produces cacao tastes different.

I take a chef approach to my chocolate, finding the flavors of each cacao origin and adding other seasonal ingredients and inclusions to the chocolate to bring out specific notes of that particular bean.

Making each bean sing is what I do. One batch at a time with just my two hands, there is no team of elves or faceless machines here. When you eat Stache Chocolate you are having a custom made chocolate experience.
