  • Hand Craft it.

It all begins with two hands and one man. All Stache Chocolate is made by hand in small batches from intentionally sourced cacao beans to finished chocolate. We use locally sourced, organic, and natural ingredients when possible. No emulsifiers or preservatives.

  • Make it Seasonal.

Cacao is a seasonally changing agricultural product that has terroir which is to say cacao’s flavor is impacted by its environment and so is Stache Chocolate. My Chocolate is ever changing inspired by my environment, memories, and seasons making my chocolate an inspired experience.

  • Save the Planet.

Stache chocolate works hard to be as eco-friendly as possible in all parts of our products.  From sourcing beans only from farmers being paid ethical wages for their cacao to using regenerative farmed cane sugar and locally sourced ingredients when possible.  We carry this work to our packaging as well, using compostable and biodegradable packaging for our chocolate.

Our Nano Batch Process

Each batch is roasted, ground, and tempered in micro volumes allowing us to highlight every origin’s unique character. Our process lets us chase seasonal inspiration and craft one of a kind chocolate experiences.
