Single Origin Dominican Republic Hot Cacao Mix
For me, nothing is more indulgent than a cup of hot chocolate! Growing up it was always a special treat to be enjoyed if you had been behaving all day or as a reward after shoveling snow.
Hot chocolate doesn't have to be only a special reward any longer. I like it as part of a daily ritual or even self care if you will; either hot or over ice when I want to feel a little extra, because sometimes I am!
My hot chocolate mix is made with only single origin Dominican Republic Zorzal cacao. I love its deep "chocolate" flavor with molasses notes.
I blend ground chocolate and cocoa powder together for their richness and depth of flavor combined with organic cane sugar and Jacobsens sea salt. Blending the two together gives you the best of both worlds of classic hot cocoa and elevated drinking chocolate! You get a better mouth feel and richness from the ground chocolate (its the added fat) and the depth of flavor you get from cocoa powder!
Thats all folks! no fillers, anti-caking agents, artificial flavors, and DAIRY FREE.
My mix is designed to be made with milk, half & half, or cream (if you’re fancy). Alt-Mylk, like oat or almond are also amazing! Try blending some into a hot cup of coffee for a delicious mocha!
